Parallels Desktop booting Problems

1. Turn Off Mac.
2. Hold CMD+R and start Mac.
3. Hold until the Mac boot into Recovery Mode.
4.  Go to Utilities -> Terminal 
5. Run the commands: csrutil disable press Enter Key then type reboot.
